Federico "Frenchie" Fuccinelli is one of the antagonists of Talia in the Kitchen and the head chef of Fuccinelli's. He dislikes Lola's and wants it shut down once more.
Personality
Frenchie is very strict and comes from French cuisine even though he doesn't speak French. Frenchie brags a lot of things and is mad to get the recipe right if it means to add great spices never used before.
